Renee Evans is a small-town Iowa girl who moved to California at the age of 20 and after 17 years, relocated to Tennessee with my husband and our three children. The countryside has my heart and one day wouldn't it be great to own a house with a wraparound porch on a few acres with a small pond, a wooden swing in an old oak tree and a studio out back? I think so!
Art and creating have been part of me since she was a child. She fell in love with painting in high school art class and first started oil painting in college. She is inspired by nature and all of the beauty that surrounds us. She is constantly studying light in nature and am forever in awe. She fell in love with photography after her first child was born and finds that photography has helped to hone her painting skills.
