We hope you have fallen in love with your purchases from Shoppe Ayer! We know ordering online can be a little tricky, but we do offer returns for most items.

• Returns are accepted within 10 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in original condition and packaging. Simply email us at hello@shoppeayer.com and we will help process your return.
• All sale items are final sale.
• We do not offer returns for original artwork or custom pillows.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

Shoppe Ayer will refund the original form of payment. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.
